Our practice list is open and we are accepting new patients that live within our practice area.
New Patient Registration
If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address so it would help if you could provide proof by way of a recent utility bill. Please bring your medical card and photographic identification to reception.
We can receive and process these forms between 12 midday and 2pm at our Donegall Road site, and between 11:45am and 12:45pm at our Finaghy site.
You will need to complete a registration form and a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.
All new patients are offered a health check with a doctor or our pharmacist to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.
Please note this appointment is primarily to collate your medical history and it may be appropriate to attend again thereafter with a Doctor to follow up on medical concerns.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
